I truly appreciated the service I received. The only issue I had was I went in because my passenger rear tire was low. I asked if they would check to see if it could be plugged. I was informed by the Advisor Brittany that if they could plug it the cost would be $100. They contacted me and told me it could not be plugged. They provided me with a video and estimates for new tires and a few other things they noticed. I decided not to complete the service. I cover a large multi state territory. Sometimes I need immediate service when I’m out of town. It’s great having the support of a dealership like Autohous BMW and Chris the Service manager to take a last minute service appointment and get me in and out without hesitation, and keeping me on the road so that I can get back to my home state without delay. Great customer service, highly recommend!
We have worked with Brad twice now. Both times have been a delight. He is willing to work numbers with you, takes the time to listen to your needs and wants. Very attentive, nice, and courteous. The dealership itself is nice. Offer snacks, drinks, coffee, various things while you wait. Which is nice since the buying process anywhere takes a while. From our experience no one we encountered during our purchases were pushy which is excellent. I will continue to buy cars from this dealer.
