GLOBAL IMPORTS BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT Friendly service manager , very courteous and respectful . Eric got me in and out in 1 1/2 hours for the annual service which I think is fantastic!! The waiting room was quiet, offered TV if you wanted it or a quiet place to read or do paperwork from work.

Global Imports I purchased my 2006 BMW 3 Series from Global Imports in 2005. The personable and professional service I received then is the reason I've always come back.
