GLOBAL IMPORTS BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT Friendly service manager , very courteous and respectful . Eric got me in and out in 1 1/2 hours for the annual service which I think is fantastic!! The waiting room was quiet, offered TV if you wanted it or a quiet place to read or do paperwork from work.

Super Service at Global Imports Eldric Brown and his service team are on top of their game. Everything went flawless from scheduling my appointment, to check in, to securing my loaner and right on through to pick up once the repair was complete. Jayson, my service adviser, updated me on the status and contacted me promptly when my Z4 was ready for pick up. Great service from a friendly staff!
