Joey, Omar, Mike and Ace were fantastic. They were Professional, kind, and thorough. Every step of the car buying and delivery process was handled with grace and white-glove treatment. It obvious to me that Global cares about their clients.
I would like to share my experience today at Global Imports BMW. I will start off by saying that my intention were to finalized a purchase and I realized very soon that I was not to talk today. I left extremely disappointed with the sales department staff as I sat patiently and was told that someone would come see me but never did. Great experience. Bought completely online, which was a first for us. Our sales agent was knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. I feel like we got a fair deal with no back in forth. It really was a pleasant experience.
I had a great experience at Global Imports BMW. Derrick is great! He didn’t rush the process and showed me several options without overwhelming me. In the end, I left with the perfect car for me! Amazing customer service from start to finish!
