Worst Service department ever. They charged me $5000 to replace a valve cover gasket and differential seals. Technician left the Coolant reservoir cap open and all the coolant was lost. I added coolant and after only driving the car for a few miles, it started missing badly and the check engine light came on. I PAID to have the vehicle towed there and 2 days later, they told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I PAID Uber to go pick up my vehicle and they had the audacity to ask for a Diagnostics fee that I refused... read more
My experience was awesome. Steve lerner was very nice and easy to work. I'm living in PA, and I didn't have to go to the dealer to buy the car. It only took 3 days to get my car.
Steve Lerner and the rest of the team at the Richmond BMW West Broad location was the most professional, easiest, stress free group of individuals I've ever had the opportunity to work with.
