"Great car buying experience" My husband wanted to give me a car for my birthday. We saw a listing on New Motors and from the very first phone call the people were so nice to deal with. Robby Quinn was our sales person and could not have been nicer. No “used car sales pitch” here. Just a very friendly personal touch to all of our questions. With the uncertain state of the world I expected that it would be a even more of a headache than normal to buy a new car. Our salesman Nick kept me in the loop at all times. "I went in looking for a used car. Dave Smoulder showed..." I went in looking for a used car. Dave Smoulder showed me a couple of different models, and admitted when he didn't know all the answers to my questions, which I found refreshing. (He eventually found all the answers). He was not pushy at all, but let me know when other cars came in that I might be interested in. I went to several dealers, but ultimately bought a used Outback from New Motors, mostly because of Dave Smoulder.
