I had Mike Francis and he made everything feel comfortable to me from start to finish. He got me into a Subaru Ascent. I never felt pressured on anything. I initially located the car on The Internet and made a trip to Erie for a test drive. Following the test drive we met with Kyle in sales and agreed upon the purchase.
