"Bayside BMW took care of my car and got me back on the road" BMW of Bayside took care of me and got me back on the road again. On an early Monday morning I decided to call BMW of Bayside and told them my situation and asked them with they would fix my car for me. "Service done by Jennifer Odato and Mark Wahl" Jennifer was courteous, prompt, and sensitive to my concern. She immediately got her manager involved to alleviate my anxiousness. She helped me with getting all the device I needed including my inspection. Mark was very knowledgeable. My concern was that I get a knowledgeable mechanic who presented well and was clean and smelling pleasant. Mark was all of what I listed. Both of these workers are invaluable..on my return I would request them .
