My Salesman Rey Santos I had an easy-carefree car buying experience. The financing department is top notch, and the sales people are all professional especially Rey whom I worked with. After spending time at a lot of dealerships, Fremont BMW and their staff are hard to beat. I will be coming back here for my service and parts needs.
Excellent Customer Service Needed 2 new front tires, called to check/compare pricing. BMW was higher, but they price matched from Tire Rack, gave me a great deal, and they had the tires in stock. I was told it would take an hour for installation, so I made my appointment. When I arrived, they were pretty busy--I had to wait about 15 mins for my service advisor, Nick Lal.
