Excellent customer service!! I have been to the BMW of Fremont service center three times now and on all the times I was more than happy with the level of customer service and repairs that was provided to me. The staff has been very friendly and they do go out of their way in maintaining their standards. I was provided with a loaned on couple of time even though I did not book one (of course I was lucky that they had some extra ones available too). Great services! My advisor, Aaron Ginn, was truly exceptional. He took care of my 7 series while it was getting itsome motor replaced. Whole process was as easy as it can be be.
Great Experience buying a car I went in to check out a car without any documents or any knowledge prior to it, basically I was a noob. But the moment I entered I was treated like a King by all the people present. The customer service was really excellent and they all kept congratulated me on my car even though I had not bought it yet!
