I have now leased 5 cars from BMW of Lincoln. Working with Jeff Martz and the team has been a great experience from the initial transaction and throughout the entire time that I have the vehicle. The service department is great and doesn't try to add services that you don't need just to charge you more. I tell everyone that I know that this is the place to go for an exceptional experience.
Great experience!!! . John Hayek was very helpful with the purchase I made he was very responsive and answered all my questions. He addressed every concern I had about buying the vehicle since this was an online purchase. We have worked with Jared several times, when either leasing or buying a vehicle. (My husband knew him from before and knew what a wonderful person he is.) Jared has been the top sales person for years in the US, Which he definitely deserves. He usually sales new cars but, when we went in, we knew, we couldn't find a new one that was affordable for us..
