Adam Romano is a great pleasure to deal with and always is accurate, follows up and makes me feel welcome. I have been with Rallye since the 1980's so I guess that says it all!

Adam was prepared for my visit with my X5 and what needed to be done with my service which was pretty extensive and had the loaner car waiting for me as well. He kept in touch with the progress of the service and had my vehicle cleaned and ready for pick up at the designated time.
