"Excellent Car Buying Experience" The Rallye BMW representatives were very professional and the purchasing process was open and honest with no hidden fees or charges. This was an exceptional car purchasing experience which was conducted under difficult circumstances during the quarantine.

"Great job replacing my tire during the quarantine!" I got a blowout on a Sunday night during the Covid 19 pandemic and was unsure how I’d get my 540i fixed. Fortunately, Rallye had a skeleton crew working and they were able to accommodate me quickly with excellent customer service.

"tire replacement" squeezed me into shop due to tire blowout. Ordered tire for me and handled claim through my tire insurance policy. Service area was set up for maximum social distancing, wore face masks and gloves. and delivered car with coverings over seats and steering wheel. Great Job!

"Above and Beyond the Call of Duty" We have 3 cars leased from Rallye BMW and we are long term customers of Rallye. One of our cars had a complete flat and my wife who is a Medical professional needed the car, especially in this environment. Chris Blanco the Service Manager truly went above and beyond the call of duty in taking the car in, and having it fixed. Even though he was exceptionally busy he was totally professional and managed everyone beautifully. Thank You Chris and Rallye.

"540i Fixed" I contacted Rallye via email early on Monday morning after blowing out my front left tire and a service person got back to me right away. After having my car towed to the dealership Chris, the service manager, was quick to respond and made sure to get my tire replaced within the day. The dealership was operating on a Skelton crew due to the pandemic and were still able to maintain excellent communication and customer service. Thank you Rallye!
