"Service for Recall on Backup Camera " I always receive a welcoming attitude and excellent customer service whenever I bring my car in for service. Adam Romano always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like my care and satisfaction are paramount. I receive a loaner car quickly and I’m on my way. They are very organized and customer service focused. This is why I keep coming back to Rallye to purchase my BMWs, even though there’s another BMW dealer closer to my home.

"Very well organized and prompted service " Love everything about Rallye Bmw service experience except they haven't been able to solve the problem that I originally came to them with. After several trips to the shop, I still have oil leaking from somewhere in the engine and burning off the motor with a strong smell of oil in the cabinet of my car.
