"Really helpful with a flat tire" Really helpful with a flat tire - I realized I had a flat tire Friday afternoon and I called the dealership. The service department was able to get me in early next morning and replace the tire. They were able to check their computer system to be sure the tire was in stock which also helps save me a lot of time. When I was at the dealership they could not be more friendly and helpful.

"Fast service" I brought my car in for an inspection. I Got a phone call my car was ready. It was taken care of in no time.

"Very satisfied." The service advisor is very cordial and professional. He is knowledgeable and explain requirements clearly. He occasionally informed me the progress of the work and what is to done and what parts are required. Besides, he gives an estimate of the parts and labor

"No hassle just an easy like Sunday morning experience. " When I came to the BMW Rallye dealership I met Bobby Channon for the very first time. My first impression of Bobby was that, although he was young in my eyes he was very professional & polished. Very easy to deal with & a total pleasure. He took me for a test drive with the X5 & did not rush my driving experience with the vehicle. That was very important to me & a key factor to the purchase of the vehicle.

"Fast and efficient service!" From the second I arrived, I was treated courteously. I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was driving the loaner to my job. Picking up my car was also a breeze I was "in and out" (well, I did stop to get the courtesy coffee and bagel).

"Personal Experience with Employees and Sales People" I LOVE my experiences with Rally BMW.Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have leased a BMW car close to 15 years and have always had a good experience. I always felt "special" when arriving at the Rally dealership or maintenance .Nick Soldo is the reason I keep coming back. He has worked with my budget and has offered me the best car for my needs. He truly had my best interests in view and treated me fairly with respect!
