"A Great way to buy or lease a car at Rallye BMW" I walked into the dealership without an appointment and was immediately greeted & offered a bottle of water, and set up with Mika Rose as my salesperson. "Good Experience " Overall good experience with purchasing process. I did a trade in and one critique I might suggest is to remind the customer to bring specific documents (ie; Title) as I forgot mine and had to drive an hour back home to get it. Other than that everyone was pleasant and professional

"Overall decent experience this time around " The servicing was good as always. The issue i have is the servicing fee. Prior to purchase a customer should be notified when the servicing ends after a certain mileage is reached. As well as servicing should be extended if you pay for extra mileage.

"I've always been satisfied with the service at Rallye BMW" WHether it's a scheduled appointment or an emergency (usually a dashboard light going on,) I"m pleased with everyone I meet - the fellows taking my car (and photos), the service advisor and the one giving me back my keys. If they say 2 hours it's usually a bit under that.

"The best experience at Rallye BMW" I've been to other BMW Service facilities and they are no match to Rallye BMW. Frank is the most honest and very professional Service Advisor there. I've gotten assigned to others, wasn't as satisfying; the genuineness care for a customer that Frank showed was beyond satisfying. I like the staff at the service drop off and pick up. They were all very polite. They never made me wait longer than 3 mins. If it takes longer they made sure to inform me.

"Outstanding attention and caring" Adam is amazing and the reason I do business at Rallye. He knows what is important to me and does everything to explain what is going on every step of the way. The entire service team is very professional and also my car was cleaned so well when I picked it up, it looked like new.
