"Last oil change" Went in for an engine icon showing on screen of my BMWi 2018. Turns out to be, needed an oil change. They did it, runs perfect afterwards. I'm satisfy.

"Outstanding Customer Service " Frank Trotta, my service adviser, was very pleasant and helpful. He kept me updated about the progress of car repair service and how long the entire process of servicing my car will take by calling me over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is excellent and well staffed. Thanks for providing me with a loaner car whenever I needed one. Thanks also for complimentary car wash!

"Good experience" Rallye hasn’t disappointed in the 16 years I’ve had my car serviced there. They found the issue with my car quickly and serviced it quickly as well

"Consistently Good" I bought my last and current BMWs from a BMW dealer in NJ, but NJ is too hard to get to for routine service. Back in 2010, a friend recommended Rallye for service...she was literally giddy about it...so I tried them. I've driven BMWs since 2010 and have worked with Rallye since then as well. Service writers are all knowledgeable and professional. My most recent service was an oil change and antifreeze service. My service writer was able to have everything completed for me on time. "Service was unbeatable!" Starting from the initial moment when we walked in and we were greeted kindly with some water, to our test drive with the amazing bmwgenius Terrence, to our conversations and continues back and forth with Keith Lindsay, Rallye BMW provided a premier service and was absolutely amazing.
