"My customer service rep, James Delvecchio, makes the service" James Delvecchio is a big reason for me using Rallye BMW. He clearly explains the work necessary and reviews anticipated charges in advance of the work. In addition, I like dealing with James. Most other things are as expected. I expect top-shelf work and I expect Rallye to stand behind their work. The waiting area is fine but nothing special. The folks who greeted me when I entered were friendly and professional

"excellent service" Adam Romano is always very attentive, informative and friendly. I noticed a burning smell after the car was serviced at Rallye BMW recently. I told Adam. By the time I brought the car in, the smell had dissipated. Adam still wanted to check the car out. He kept it overnight. Service found no lingering issues.

"Certified Pre-Owned Sale" Rallye BMW was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish the customer service was over the top. I was purchasing my car from out of state and they handled everything for me, I just had to drive up and trade in my current vehicle. "Efficient and friendly service" I am always greeted warmly when I arrive at Rallye for any kind of service...whether it's an oil change or a car wash. This time, my tire inflation light and another light lamp were on. My issues were resolved while I waited. In addition, my car received an upcoming oil change without it being scheduled. This saved me time! It's nice to know that my car is being serviced efficiently so that I can drive worry-free!
