"The best laid plans " I went out to my car to start my errands for the day and it wouldn’t start. Would make a sound. Tried the other key - nothing. Called Rallye and was told to come right in. Called AAA for a tow and was on my way. Chris Blanco, who isn’t my usual service manager, got things rolling quickly. Shortly thereafter I was in a loaner car and able to get most of my errands taken care of. I got my car back the same day so I was very happy about that. "Tire Repair Service" Very helpful, quick turnaround. I would highly recommend Adam and Rallye service. Had a problem with tire. Adam had the car picked up and returned same day.

"TIMELY SERVICE REPAIRS. LOANER CAR A BIG PLUS. " Service/Maintenance department is well run and vehicles are returned in a timely manner. Although costs are somewhat high, you can feel confident that repairs are done right with authentic BMW parts. Offering loaner cars are a big plus.
