"Great service " From the valet to the cashier everyone was wonderful my service writer Bret was very helpful all my questions were answered and his follow up was quick and accurate everything was great

" completely satisfied" I'm always confident that my car concerns are resolved in a quick timely professional manner. All issues (even the ones I didn't notice are fixed) are resolved and I drive away knowing that I WON'T have to return to complain. Thus us why I bought my car from Rallye, use Rallye service and have Carol Muniz as my advisor. Never an issue, always pleasant, successful and for over 30 years, (yes 30....Honda previously) I have enjoyed a joy filled car experience. Nothing but praise!!

"Love my service. " Bret is my "go to guy. "Very accommodating professional trust worthy honest. PATIENT with me. If I have an issue (and that isn't very often ) He tries to resolve it asap. "It was hot!!" Air conditioner stopped working in 95 degree heat..... took a couple of days do have car serviced (because I wanted a loaner car) Car was serviced, air works subject to my $50 deductible, I had an alignment inspection and detailing while I was there too, felt I got a fair value for the services preformed and I left a happy camper. Car looks great too and the air is blowing cold again!

"Great Experience " Adam Romano was a fantastic Service Advisor. My 2016 M2 was suffering from a severe hesitation, basically undriveable. I had never been to Rallye for service but a friend recommended Adam to me and told me how great he was. I gave him a call and he was super friendly and made arrangements to get me in ASAP. I needed a loaner but on such short notice one was not available. So he contacted Enterprise Rentals and was able to get me in a car in under an hour. "Excellent Repair Work" I arrived with my BMW for repair at Rallye one morning and I was impressed with their operation. The service Advisor warmly greeted me and was smart, professional and attentive. Within a few hours I was promptly notified that my car was ready for pick-up. The a/c system is properly working with no issues. A very satisfied customer, will return in the future.
