I came in after seeing a car in their inventory on the internet. I met with the salesman who seemed somewhat disinterested and passive. Certainly not very helpful. The car that brought me there was no longer available, but a new car that caught my attention just arrived. I asked for a test drive and was told that it would take a couple of days to register the car in their inventory and then I could return for a test drive. If you don't get the right salesman then Rallye BMW can be difficult. They are large, deal with many people and have their share of obnoxious, condescending CAs. I was lucky enough to find my CA, Rich DeAngelo, and he made all the difference. One of the most important things is that he's straightforward. Whether he gives you the best price or not he will never (in my experience) play tricks on you or go back on a deal or high-pressure you. Service person was not there at pickup, so we left word for her to call us based on her (many) service recommendations, including a vehicle recall issue. She never called back, nor did anyone else. Needles to say, we will not be using Rallye for any recommended repairs. When we made the appointment we were told the service and inspection would take 2 hours, it took 6

"Tuneup staff don’t know their cars. Took my recently..." Tuneup staff don’t know their cars. Took my recently rear-ended 2017 BMW X1 to dealer for tuneup (after having damages from accident repaired by local Auto Body Shop). Worker told me I should make another appointment to diagnose why my rearview mirror no longer had parking assist capability. I told him it never did. The rear camera/parking assist screen is on my dashboard (and in working order).
