"I went to Freeport bmw for wheel alignment , ,they tried..." I went to Freeport bmw for wheel alignment , ,they tried 3 times but car was still dragging to the left they didn’t understand why so they re calibrated steering but no difference rallye corrected it first time no problem in I was in and out ,thanks!!!!!

"service was fine - but was promised 90 minutes and my son..." service was fine - but was promised 90 minutes and my son sat there for three and a half hours...was very upset and when asked to continue another time, they said we already started so we cant stop

Pros: - Quick responses to questions - Test drive first, fall in love with car then numbers after - Up front and walked through every cost there is in the deal with me - Robert and Shohel have some ridiculous arithmetic gymnastics to make pricing work Cons: The car cured my depression and the wife enjoys talking to me again.

I brought the vehical in for an inspection.When I got there Carol approached me and had me fill out a COVID questionnaire that made me feel secure that all people getting service were being screened..In addition to the inspection I explained my vehicle was experiencing a pulsating in the brakes which she addressed and called me to tell me they were cutting the Titans snd changing the brake pads..

"Device is really good. Dennis is great. I’m not happy..." Device is really good. Dennis is great. I’m not happy with the product is unreliable, less than 50k , oil leak from the pan, oil leak through valve stems, coolant hose leak that cost 1700.00. Door handle doesn’t work, Alarm and chirp stopped working, check engine light 600.00. I can go on and on. Very poor quality vehicle, I think I need to go back to an Infiniti

Picked it up and a day later noticed a very loud noise emanating not from the replaced part, but from the area that part powered. Was told the repairs would be ~$250. Rallye claimed they didn't touch that noisy end-component and I have no reason not to believe that and that the noise was coming from some leaves that became settled within that part of the car.
