After recent service at rally BMW, which I had to use their option for the loaner car, I received an email today from the “administrative assistant” name Molly that my CC has been charge, without any phone call or explanation, the email had an attachment of DOT ticket and my loaner car contract, took me about 3 minutes to realize that wasn’t my ticket as the license plate on the ticket was different from the one that I was using. I already left a review when purchasing my car but now I’m leaving another review with the service team. Nick G was my technician that took a look at my car and he was excellent. I had so many concerns about my car and he assured me that he will take care of everything.
