"Circle BMW is the way to go!" My first time getting a BMW and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. My client advisor Tathiana Carrasco was exceptional through the entire process and very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. Brian Valentine was very detailed going over more vehicle features than I’ll ever remember… or need, and Hon Fung in finance was very friendly and pleasant making finalizing everything very smooth and quick. Better yet… love my 2020 330i xDrive! Circle BMW is the way to go!

"Sales and Service are outstanding!" I have been coming to Circle for new cars and service for more than a decade and they have always gone above and beyond! The sales team always finds a way to get me the car I want with a payment I'm comfortable with. The service team is excellent. Tim and Bobby (Robert) have done so much to keep my cars running like BMWs and they always go the extra mile. We have become friends over the years and that should show how the kind of great people they are.
Business response:

We're thrilled to hear Charles, Laura, Robert, Timothy, and Antonio all went above and beyond to assist you with a high level of customer service throughout the process. Congratulations on your brand new ride! We appreciate your positive feedback, and we are looking forward to taking care of any of your auto needs in the future.
"Friendly and knowledgeable staff " Was in the market for either a used or cpo BMW 3 series 2013 or newer and checked dealer rater, carfax, and cars.com on dealer raters after finding matching vehicles. Circle BMW was always at the top of every list so I inquired about a few vehicles that interested me. I wasn't aware that the CPO's are at the main dealership and the other used vehicles are about a block down the road at the preowned lot, but it worked out ok. Went to the preowned lot (in the snow) and was met by Steven C. H... read more
