"Great Client Advisor" After an initial hiccup selecting and buying a car without a critical safety feature, Robert Cavalieri easily reversed the sale and found the right car at another dealer and got the sale done a week later. Only complaint is that the day I was to pick up the car, the dealer GM sent me a marketing letter offering a $3000 higher price for my trade in, which the dealership would not honor..

"Excellent experience" When I got to the dealership, the CPO car I wanted to purchase was not there even though I made the appointment to see at a specific time. I was assured the car will be there when I got to the dealership. I was very upset and started to walk out. As I was walking out, Danny suggested that he can have someone bring the car to my house (45 miles away) so I can see/test drive and would not need to come back to the dealership.
