"A very positive experience!" I was able to get the car I have always wanted and I am extremely happy. I worked with Robert who I appreciated because he never gave me a hard sell. When I was ready and when I wanted help, he was there to answer emails and get me in a car to take a test drive. Never once did he reach out with unsolicited phone calls and push to get a sale. "Excellent Experience buying Certified BMW 430i Convertible " My salesman Kevin Prull did a nice job selling me the car. No pressure because he knew this 2018 car would sell quickly to somebody if I didn’t want it. Car inventories in the area are at record lows right now and it is right in the middle of convertible season. However I did find it quite odd that his manager called him on the phone while we were doing a thorough highway test ride. She wanted to know why we hadn’t returned yet. Really? "Robert treats you like family" I've been working with Robert for 15 years, he's responsible for cars that my wife, daughter and I have enjoyed for years. He treats you like one of his family always looking out for the best deal for you. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the cars and what is right for you.
