Ms. G. Mckinley-Anderson Justin U and Kevaughn were the best. So professional and “user friendly”. I turned in a lease vehicle with little incentive to resign with BMW. Justin showed me otherwise and worked the numbers so I can continue to drive an X1. Kevaughn took away my generational issues with technology and reassured, comforted me with any insecurities.
