Great experience from Jeff This was my first experience with New Country BMW. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for. Great experience This dealership was top notch! Edwin went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the SUV I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a 2018 X3, the process was absolutely painless, so quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would like to thank Kevaughn for being there from the test drive till the end of my process. Excellent Customer service I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Sam lee took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Kevaughn took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. It was worth the hour drive to get there.
Feeling better Steve Rothman from New Country BMW is great! He sold me my car last year. My car has two recalls on it and I've been without my car since 1/15/18. I understand it is not the service departments fault why the parts are taking so long to come in. I don't blame them. I know they're just as frustrated as we the customers are. Long story short.
