"First Rate Service Team!" Absolutely first rate experience. On Thursday 1/9/2020 I blew out a tire on my 535i while heading to the Phila. airport. Explained that I was running late and within less than 10 minutes the team had me behind the wheel of a brand new 2020- 330i loaner.
