Rich Robinson was a pleasure to work with. We had a tight time frame to work with and Rich was very communicative and helpful. Tyler Jones in the finance department was incredible as well. He was friendly and took time to explain the materials parts of the financing package. Overall great experience! We live closer to two other BMW dealerships and still chose to come to Princeton!
