Friendly place with good staff. I came in to check out some cars and wasn't pressured in any bad way and treated with respect. My salesman was Ames and he worked very well with me and got me a good price for my trade in. The 6 year old BMW I got had a full inspection and they fixed any minor issues before I got it, but afterwards there was a very tiny windshield leak. Had an excellent experience at BMW Salem. Craig was professional, nice and just overall a pleasure to interact with. Traded-in for a used car on their lot and it couldn’t have been easier. Would absolutely recommend to someone looking for a BMW or used vehicle.

Incompetent service technicians. Scammers wanted $3,000 I got an alert on my BMW that the coolant level is low, so I filled it up and went to BMW of Salem for a diagnosis to make sure there are no leaks and it is safe to drive. Couple hours later, the service department calls me back and says there is a significant leak from the water pump assembly and that the water pump and coolant lines need to be replaced and quoted $3,000 for the repair. Great experience. I reached out via the website to start the purchase process of a car from out of state. Ryan Rush was quick to reply and answer all of my questions. He is a huge BMW fan and is able to answer even the more technical question. Jerome and Nathan were great to work out the payment and logistics.
