I bought a red 2024 230i xdrive. My salesman was Greg. It was an easy process. I walked in, told them what I wanted. I was on a test drive within minutes of walking in. I asked for the best price, they gave me a great price in about 60 seconds. I was under sticker. I bought the car. It was a painless, zero pressure, no hassle process. He was quick to respond and provide information to help me move forward with acquiring my new X5. Probably the best and most straightforward car buying experience I’ve had to date!
Michael McGuire is nothing short of amazing. He bent over backwards helping me through the purchase process as an out of state buyer. He not only was amazing on buying the car but getting in contact with the previous owner for me to buy the winter wheel set. There was an issue with mounting the previous wheels and he spent a ton of time trying to make it right even though it was not his/the dealerships issue. I bought my second BMW from Fields.Scott was our sales person he is one of the best, we love coming to him, he is great highly recommend him. And the whole dealership its self just amazing starting from the car wash bay all the way to the tech guys to teach you or even introduce you to new apps or features that come out on the MYBMW application. We love those guys. Thank you.
As always service took great care of me. Dropped my car off in early in the afternoon and had it back within two hours. Best BMW dealership serving the north shore :)
