While I was not looking forward to the whole car-buying experience, Dennis Sinclair and Jay Fausnaught made it as pleasant as possible. I love the customer service focus of BMW, and am looking forward to having them pick up and drop off my car when it needs servicing- a huge benefit since I work full time and free time is tight. I did not feel pressured to buy any of the "add-on's", and drove away believing that the deal I received was fair. Thank you, Dennis and Jay!

I've been dealing with I.G Burton for the last 5 years and just yesterday purchased a 2018 X1. Bryan, Jay and Rick were fantastic with there customer service, courtesy and professionalism. I wasn't expecting to drive away with my new vehicle the same day, but all the paperwork, detailing and the insurance was taken care of pretty fast. Although it was a pretty long day, when my phone died Lisa even provided me with a charger..LOL. The explanation of my new vehicle features were easy to understand from Bryan.
