This is the best experience I’ve had with BMW. My first was BMW in Irondale and the experience was less than pleasant. This time we decided to go to BMW of Tuscaloosa. I was very pleased with the service, saleswoman, finance team, and the new car service manager. We felt like a customer and not just a number. They were not pushy but was very patient with me. I recommend Tuscaloosa BMW to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
