An All Around Terrific Experience On 9/3 I dropped off my 2012 Z-4 at your dealership. The appointment process was flawless and in fact the person arranging the drop off time was particularly helpful. Upon arrival I was introduced to my Service Consultant, Jessica Marshall. Great service and Attentive staff. Very clean. My service provider was very polite and professional and let me know everything he was doing to my truck. Also, the Male greeter in the front was very attentive and kept checking on me.

BMW GT 328i Clear and transparent explanation. The staff was friendly and I did appreciate the courtesy rides from and to the shop.
Great car buying experience. My whole experience at Checkered Flag BMW was a stress free experience. Even though I was buying a used vehicle I was treated as if I was buying one of the top BMW's on the lot. The sales team, led by my sales associate Joel Torres, welcomed me warmly, was transparent with the numbers, offered me a good value for my trade-in and put me in the car I wanted. It's obvious customer service and great car buying experience is in their DNA.
