My service visit was for an oil change and Scott is my service tech, he's always a pleasure to deal with and very thorough in explaining my options. I was due for the transfer case service and got that done as well. Service would take longer with added item so Scott provided a loaner car, now i want the X4 M40i!!! A+ customer service, thank you Scott!
Going the the BMW for service is ALWAYS a pleasant experience when Jay is working. Jay not only knows my car but knows me and will ALWAYS go out of his way to accommodate me to assure that my sleep / work schedule will have the least amount of disruption as possible. Working night shift this is such an important factor in my life .
Wonderful experience for my service checkup. Was able to schedule next day at my convenience. An Uber was provided for ride home. I was called to tell me it would be overnight and would be ready in the morning. A video was sent from the service department showing what was being done to my car and why. It was ready in the am with a call offering a ride which I declines. My car was also delivered in immaculate condition, which I appreciate. I brought my car in for multiple issues and worked with Tyler. The whole experience was great. Tyler was proffesional as well as personable. He kept me informed and listened to my concerns. He went above and beyond on my behalf. They had a loaner for me as the work turned out to take longer than expected. He went as far as having my car cleaned and detailed as a treat. Last night I came in for an appointment and left with a huge smile. I want to acknowledge service advisor, Dean K. for going above & beyond. He was genuine, answered all my questions, made me feel welcomed and took the time to further explain areas I was unfamiliar with. Ive gone to bmw dealers in the past and have never gotten the service that Dean provided today.
