I was I interested in finding out more about the BMW 3 Series. A friend has a 328i and I love it. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Stephen Gagliano. His professionalism was outstanding. He answered all my questions (I had a lot of them) and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. excellent sales department, no crushing oversell...Had the model we were looking for, and took care of the paperwork relatively fast. Even got a free lunch!
From the moment I came in for service, South Bay BMW did everything right. I really appreciated the beautiful car wash and having a few nicks and bumps buffed out was a surprise bonus.
This was my first time purchasing a new car, and Eleni Perry couldn't have been more helpful. The sales process was agreeable. Terms were reached relatively quickly, and the new car ordering process went well. Lance was knowledgeable and informative, so the many options under review were thoroughly explained to us.
