Just received my M. Overall great experience working with James Wood from first visit at store to order/customizing, tracking of production, ship transport of the M across Atlantic to delivery. As for my experience at BMW of Catonsville,...and interacting with Jae Lim (my x2 Salesman,...as I bought an X5 45e from him just last Feb) I'm happy to say the team at BMW of Catonsville gets it,...and get it right!
