Mr.John Boatright was extremely helpful and friendly. Also very professional. I've never bought a car so fast. I was in the first day less than 30 minutes. I would have actually got the car then but John wanted to have it detailed, interior steam cleaned and fill up the gas tank. I returned to pick up the car. My wife and I left on Saturday morning set out to do what we only do every 7-10 years. That is to buy a new car. We visited 4 dealers, Lexus, Toyota, and Acura, and BMW. Critz BMW was the last one. We were good with any of the manufacturers because they all last a long time and have good resale. The service department at this location is absolutely abysmal. I purchased my vehicle from this location, and have tried to use their service department for maintenance and upgrades like I have on my other vehicles, but the simple truth is, they are just not capable of taking care of customers. Don't bother leaving a message, they wont call back. Dont bother using the GMC app, they dont use it. My latest appointment has led me to quit using this location all together.
