I am so in love with my BMW 330i!! This was my first BMW lease.. and Stephan Hughes made this the most enjoyable experience. Our car needed a unexpected service the day before a big cross country move. We called Hendrick in Charlotte and they were able to get us in for service the very next day. Our car had not been seen at Hendrick before this since we were not from the area. David was able to get our car back to the service bay first thing in the morning, parts replaced and even the front two tires replaced and back on the road by 2pm. I recently purchased a BMW from this dealership ( 2 months ago) and had a fantastic experience. We are from GA but we found a better selection and prices for BMW in NC and decided to buy it here since it’s only 4h drive from Atlanta.
