I took my car to Fresno BMW for some issues. They had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. � When I picked up my car I noticed a scratch on my dash screen. I told my Service Advisor Sergio so he went to his manager Alex who was quick to tell him to get it replaced. They immediately ordered the new screen and replaced it. Thanks to both of you for taking care of it without hassle.
