We had a great experience purchasing our car at Fields BMW Lakeland. I was able to do all of the negotiations remotely, and that helped a lot since we live 2 hours away from the dealership. Our salesperson Steve Holmes was excellent. Great communication and understanding of our needs. The car we purchased was as described online. I am in love with our "new" vehicle. I worked with Matthew Hyndman on purchasing my new to me 2017 X5 a few months back. Matt was phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process, and was extremely knowledgeable about the product even being a 17MY. Salesman like Matt are hard to come by, and the service I received at Fields BMW was unmatched. No games, hassle free buying experience. Highly recommend Fields BMW of Lakeland, and cannot thank Matt enough for the excellent car buying experience.
Zach was exceptionally helpful in taking care of my vehicular needs. Offered options that would assist in me taking care of the financial obligations, explain all the issues that were involved with the service and Alfred suggestions as to how to financially afford the repairs. All I can say about this particular experience and service is "Exceptional"!
Fields BMW has been the absolute worst in providing the quality of service that any customer would expect from a BMW dealership. On Thursday April eleventh Fields BMW drove my vehicle 39 miles in rush hour traffic, for over one hour without any antifreeze in my vehicle, and when I brought it to the attention of the delivery driver, he explained that he never saw the overheating/turn off the vehicle off notification on the large center screen of my 2017 430i. Being this is the 1st BMW I have ever owned, I found the service to be absolutely fantastic! Nate was very patient with me & explained every thing, leaving nothing out!! My car was going to take longer due to the fact I also needed new tires. Nate was sure to have someone (Brian) shuttle me to my home. I neglected to take my house keys with me and was unable to get in my house.
