I have to admit that buying a new car is not something I look forward to. All the negotiating back and forth and then having to wait around for finance paperwork. However, my buying experience with Richard Williams at Leith BMW was great! They made a fair offer on my trade and gave me a great deal on my new X5! Working with Leith BMW and manager Ty Coyle and sales person John Draz is the best car buying experience I have ever had. John is a professional sales person that is polite and knowledgeable and understanding. I will never buy a car from anyone else again.

Barry Frucht was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding to buy.. never pushy.. answered all my questions and more... Mike the Sales Mgr and Colleen O'Leary the Business Manager.. really worked with me to get the best price. They made the buying experience and paper work as simple as it could be.. I leave the show room on Friday at 8pm and picked up the care Sat at 3pm... Love the car and this is the 4th Leith Car I have .. 2 Benz, an Acura and BMW

Best car buying experience ever. The staff a Leith BMW are second to none I have never meet a group of people that are more knowledgeable or courtesies in my life. This is my first time buying a car from Leith BMW but won't be my last John and Ty changed my perspective of car dealers for ever just can't say enough about the awesome way I was treated. Yesterday I acquired my second BMW , a 2017 BMW X3, and in doing so had a very positive experience with Leith BMW. John Draz and Joel Kilgore were so knowledgeable and helpful...I felt like part of the Leith family!! Followup today reminded me how important it is to receive good service...particularly in today's technology inspired automobiles. I highly recommend Leith BMW!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. When I first moved to NC, I lived in New Bern. The closest BMW dealer was in Kinston. I went there once!! I have been coming here ever since. When the service manager John realized we were in trouble with our lease( being way over in mileage and out of warranty etc.) he got the sales manager Ty involved and got us into a CPO Elite program car (basically brand new) I really feel they went above and beyond to help us out before the situation got really ugly! John Draz helped me get into my first BMW, a 2016 428i Gran Coupe. He's professional, knowledgeable, and a likeable guy to boot! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and attentive. This group understands what customer service is all about.
