Good Overall My overall experience was good. They tried to make it seem like they were giving me a deal on the price, but not really. I purchased a car that they don't make a lot of, so I could afford the price and I bought it.
My New 435i Convertible .......... To start, the man I dealt with in buying my new 435i, Chris Jurgens, was just OUTSTANDING to deal with. He helped my through the process of custom ordering my car from start to finish. Giving me very good advice the whole way through. Chris explained to me that it would take about 5 to 6 weeks for my car to make it from Germany and that he would keep me informed of it's progress. Everything he said was true and right on target. BMW of Dallas on purchasing the 2011 BMW 528i Our salesperson, Robert Grisham, was great to deal with and showed a lot of knowledge of the vehicle. I would recommend him to a friend. The 2011 BMW 528i was the perfect color and had many nice features for the price.
