My husband and I appreciate all the help that we received from Chad Muncy who sold us our new car. He went above and beyond in helping us. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I took my M3 in for a transmission error message. Greg who checked me in could not have been nicer. They got my car in fast, and even arranged for a loaner. After diagnosing my car, they recommended a course of action and did some minor repairs, even ordered a necessary part and replaced that. Because I was from out of state, they did some basic repairs and even washed my car before returning it to me a few days later. Chad and Mike were the 2 gentlemen that I had the pleasure to work with . I found the jeep on line . I contacted dealership Chad responded quickly. I live 4 hours away Chad and Mike were very helpful in all of my questions and we decided to drive the 4 hours and the vehicle was everything they had promised .
