"Heartbroken yet Satisfied" I contacted this dealership in regards to a white Mercedes that I saw online. This was a trade in that had been on their lot for about a month. My intentions were to come buy it today but someone beat me to it last night. Lonnie at the BMW dealership was so helpful, he confirmed that it was gone not once but twice, and called a sister dealership to see if they had another one around that same price range. "Low pressure, great deal, great service" Start to finish great customer service and customer experience across the entire team, from reception to the dealer GM, to the guy that put on my front license bracket just how I wanted it, to woman in finance, to the guy who gave me a quick tutorial on the tech - and of course Karen Herbert who closed the sale with me and coordinated with rest of the team.
