Love Debbie-the most accommodating and courteous person! Love the SUVs! But terrible customer service from the rest of the team! Never gets back to you for feedback or at least a return call when you’re trying to schedule for service. Scheduling and service team never answers your calls. You often have to drive up to the dealership to the find the team to assist you! Called to make appt to have oil changed in wife's BMW, I was told since the mileage was under 50k there would be no charge. Got to dealership and they are now telling me it will cost 170 bucks. And also i need a new fuel filter. We brought the car here for service when it had 28605 miles on it and my question is why didn't they change it out then. If its required to change out at 30k miles. Not too pleased with Brazos Valley's BMW service department.
