Great service knowledgeable salesman We went in just to look because our mind was not made up yet because we were looking at the Range Rovers but we were wowed by the salesman....Andy his knowledge of the BMW. The buying process was simple and easy.....it took maybe 45 minutes to an hour to walk out the door with a new vehicle.
EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! My salesperson was Daniel Guevara. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime and this was by far my best experience. As for the car I purchased, it is the 435i. I love love love it!! Highly Recommended I recently bought a BMW 4 Series from BMW of Houston North. Demetres Katigoudis was my client advisor and he provided excellent service from the very first moment till the end. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at any moment to buy the car. He ended ordering the car for me since what I wanted was not in stock and Demetres kept me informed about where my car was in the process at every time. Great service in the finance department as well.
