Absolutley seamless. Beyond a great experience. From the moment I stepped into D-Patrick, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared. Seth(my service advisor) was an absolute joy. Knowledgeable about everything. Answered all of my questions And clearly went above and beyond. I will continue to get my BMW serviced here while I am in Indiana. Worth the 2 hour drive, for sure.
Very pleased with my first buying experience at D-Patrick. My sales representative Kevin McCall was helpful and super-responsive before and after the sale. Kameron did a great job demonstrating the features of my new car, and made sure I left the lot knowing that I could get his help at any time. Phil in the service department was very helpful with my first service. Highly recommended!
All of my experiences at this dealership have been great! The staff is always friendly and courteous. They definitely go the extra mile to help you with your vehicle needs.
!!!!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH D PATRICK!!!!!!!!! Absolutely awful the way they treat their customers. Bought a used vehicle that had severe damage under the vehicle and they won’t take full responsibility. Now I’m stuck paying tons of money to get vehicle fixed. I noticed the car had issues 20 minutes after purchasing. If you read this review and still use d Patrick for anything just know you were warned!!!!! Place is trash. I purchased a vehicle here today. They took time to understand what I wanted and needed. Jake found me a vehicle I am very happy with! Brownie points for listening well, he had the radio on the station I had mentioned earlier. Will do business with him/them again!
