I ordered a 2023 M240i XDrive after much research through Dreyer & Reinbold. My Client Advisor Sarah was a great help while waiting for an allocation to become available, letting me know where I was in line, and then finally ordering my car. The whole process took about 9-Months. I was 5th in line for an allocation when I put my deposit down in Sept of 22, ordered the car in Feb/Mar and it arrived at the end of June. I have never given a one star review it’s unfortunate that I have to leave a review for maybe get my work done by this company. I have stopped five different times on five different days throughout the month since September when we sold our vehicle to them we are supposed to get a refund back when we bought our vehicle. Obviously they’re all, nice sweet you don’t wanna get your business I understand but if you’re committed to something how can you lose paperwork five different times I’ve called numerous times left voicemails... read more
I swear this is the best service that I ever get every time I go there. Today I couldn't get a rental when I turned my car in for service because my license was expired but they took me to work and will bring my car to me. They always go above and beyond here, and my service guy Aaron his top notch in caters to mine and my car's needs. I always have great things to say about this place and we'll always give them my business going forth.
My service advisor was terrible. He was rude didn’t give me the same service as everyone else. When I set my appointment up I was told that I would be able to get a loaner car and then I was told by my service advisor that I couldn’t get one because my car was 10 years old. They told me that I need new wipers and I just replaced them last week. But didn’t tell my that my head light was out.
