Compared to 6 years ago, I would say they are sloppy, unable to hold onto good people and are acting more and more like a dirt lot or buy here/pay here set-up. Never a returned call and we left the lot with replacement car in place and a firm good-bye on our lips. This is unfortunately a dealership we shall never recommend. That is a shame, because they used to be the cream of the crop and not a load of crap!
